Product not to your liking?
Don't worry! Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, you must email us at our jesusclothinguk@gmail.com email with an explanation about the issue with the item, (wrong size, defected item etc) so that we have feedback for future orders.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. This can be emailed to us.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- Any item that is requested for return more than 14 days after delivery will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds
Once your email is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund request. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 21 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping
Please do not ship your item back to us. If your product is defected in anyway, then please let us know and dispose of the product appropriately (preferably recycled).
